Breakfast Parfait is quick to make, super easy, healthy and delicious. Best of all, it not only looks but tastes decadent.
About Breakfast Parfait
Saturday morning. Ah a good day for leisurely breakfasts and that second cup of coffee.
Trying to figure out that leisurely breakfast thing I thought about omelets or a Frittata or even waffles.
But since I’m all in favor of breakfasts that are light, healthy and also wonderfully delicious, I thought about a parfait.
A Breakfast Parfait.
I had actually seen the idea on Food Network, so I thought worst could be easier or even better, healthier?
It looks like something you’d have for dessert, but it’s sooo much better for you.
I had some light strawberry and peach yogurt, as well as fresh strawberries and bananas.
And when you layer all of these beautiful foods in a pretty glass, it just says hello.
Finally when you top it with peanuts, or whatever kind of nuts you have, I guarantee you people will love being treated so specially.
Even our little papillon, Angel, who is a real banana and yogurt fan absolutely loved having her own tiny banana yogurt parfait.
Sans the nuts, of course.
So everyone was happy and the best part is that these Breakfast Parfaits are so satisfying.
You feel like you’ve had a great breakfast. Welcome to your Breakfast Parfait. The start of a beautiful day.
