About Sriracha Slaw
Our little Papillon, Angel is in doggie heaven because she knows when I’m cutting vegetables. With just the first cut, her little ears perk up and she races into the kitchen.
She has her favorites: carrots of course, raw asparagus, Brussels sprout leaves, lettuce and yep, cabbage. With her love of veggies she’s definitely my daughter-dog.
Sorry, I just had to show her off for a moment. So back to this great Sriracha Slaw.
Sriracha is really healthy for you according to Web MD

How to Make Sriracha Slaw
If you’ve been following this blog you know that my new favorite ingredient is Sriracha sauce. I just like the spiciness of it.
But it’s a bit spicy so I like to tone it down with other ingredients. For this recipe I whisked together light mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice and salt.
I used red cabbage but really almost any kind of cabbage would work for this dish. Then I added the cabbage to a serving bowl and simply folded in the Sriracha dressing.
Finally I topped it with chopped cilantro.
And by the way, this coleslaw works great as a topping for Slow Cooked Sriracha BBQ Pork or as a side for Pork Fajita Quesadillas or Bourbon Roasted Chicken.
