Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Flour Wondra is best
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper chicken thighs on both sides.  Dredge in flour.
  • Add olive oil to pan over medium high heat.  Sauce chicken until browned on one side and add to slow cooker with garlic cloves.
  • Cook on low 6 hours until chicken is pull-apart tender.
