- 4 Chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Flour Wondra is best
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
Salt and pepper chicken thighs on both sides. Dredge in flour.
Add olive oil to pan over medium high heat. Sauce chicken until browned on one side and add to slow cooker with garlic cloves.
Cook on low 6 hours until chicken is pull-apart tender.
