- 2 4 oz Salmon fillets
- 1/2 Large Lemon
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbsp Butter Melted
- 1/2 Tsp Sea salt Prefer Himalayan Pink
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Dill dried
- 1/4 Tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Parsley Minced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Spray baking dish with oil and lay salmon fillets skin side down.
In a small bowl mix lemon juice, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, dill and smoked paprika.
Spoon garlic butter mixture evenly over top of salmon.
Add dish to oven and bake 18-20 minutes.
