Easy Shrimp Scampi

- 12 Large Shrimp Cleaned and deveined
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt Prefer Himalayan Pink
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 Cup White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
Add shrimp to a medium bowl. Add olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, wine and parsley. Mix to coat.
Place bowl in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat Cuisineart Griddler to Sear.
Add 2 shrimp to a 6" wooden skewer securing each shrimp at the top and bottom. Add to a plate as you continue to add the rest of the shrimp to the skewers.
Add shrimp to grill and cook 2 minutes on each side. (If using an outdoor grill be sure and soak the wooden skewers at least an hour to keep them from burning.)
Remove from grill, sprinkle with more parsley and serve with lemon.
