Easy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Shrimp Cleaned and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt Prefer Himalayan Pink
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley

Instructions

  • Add shrimp to a medium bowl.  Add olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, wine and parsley.  Mix to coat.
  • Place bowl in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat Cuisineart Griddler to Sear. 
  • Add 2 shrimp to a 6" wooden skewer securing each shrimp at the top and bottom.  Add to a plate as you continue to add the rest of the shrimp to the skewers.
  • Add shrimp to grill and cook 2 minutes on each side.  (If using an outdoor grill be sure and soak the wooden skewers at least an hour to keep them from burning.)
  • Remove from grill, sprinkle with more parsley and serve with lemon.
