Grilled Turkey Burgers with Sriracha Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce Divided
  • 2 Tbsp Shallots Finely minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise Light
  • 1 Tbsp Sour cream Light

Instructions

  • Preheat Griddler to Sear.
  • In a medium bowl add ground turkey, 2 Tsp Sriracha sauce, shallots, sea salt and chopped cilantro.  Mix lightly and shape into 4 patties.
  • Lightly spray both grills with oil.
  • When Griddler is ready add patties and close top grill.  Cook 2 minutes until patties are cooked through.  (Note:  If you prefer to grill on a regular grill, cook patties 4 minutes on each side).
  • Remove patties to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
  • Add buns to grill and toast 1-2 minutes until browned.
  • Sriracha Sauce Cream:  In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Sriracha sauce and sour cream.
  • Assemble the burger and serve.
