- 1 pound Ground turkey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce Divided
- 2 Tbsp Shallots Finely minced
- 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise Light
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream Light
Preheat Griddler to Sear.
In a medium bowl add ground turkey, 2 Tsp Sriracha sauce, shallots, sea salt and chopped cilantro. Mix lightly and shape into 4 patties.
Lightly spray both grills with oil.
When Griddler is ready add patties and close top grill. Cook 2 minutes until patties are cooked through. (Note: If you prefer to grill on a regular grill, cook patties 4 minutes on each side).
Remove patties to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Add buns to grill and toast 1-2 minutes until browned.
Sriracha Sauce Cream: In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Sriracha sauce and sour cream.
Assemble the burger and serve.
