Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tsp Flour Wondra preferred
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 3 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 Shallot Finely minced
  • 1 Tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Cut pork tenderloin in half and sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dusting of flour.
  • In a frypan over medium high heat add oil and sear pork tenderloins about 1 minute on each side.
  • Sriracha BBQ Sauce:  In a small bowl add ketchup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced shallots and honey.
  • Add tenderloins to slow cooker and set on low heat.  Add BBQ sauce over to and allow to cook 7-8 hours until pork can shred easily.  Serve as is or add to slider buns.
