- 1 Lb. Pork tenderloin
- 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Olive oil
- 2 Tsp Flour Wondra preferred
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 3 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic Finely minced
- 1 Shallot Finely minced
- 1 Tsp Honey
Cut pork tenderloin in half and sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dusting of flour.
In a frypan over medium high heat add oil and sear pork tenderloins about 1 minute on each side.
Sriracha BBQ Sauce: In a small bowl add ketchup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced shallots and honey.
Add tenderloins to slow cooker and set on low heat. Add BBQ sauce over to and allow to cook 7-8 hours until pork can shred easily. Serve as is or add to slider buns.
