- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise Light
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- 4 Cups Broccoli Cut into bite size florets
- 1 1/2 Cups Red Grapes Halved
- 1/4 Cup Red onion Sliced thin
- 1/4 Cup Toasted almonds Chopped
Stir together the mayonnaise, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice , salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add broccoli, grapes, onions and half of the almonds and mix thoroughly to coat with the dressing.
Chill in the refrigerator. Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining almonds over the top.
