- 2 Tbsp Clarified Butter Ghee
- 5 Oz Baby Spinach Thoroughly rinsed
- 12 Mushrooms Sliced
Add butter to fry pan over medium high heat. When hot add sliced mushroom cut side down and allow to cook undisturbed until well browned, 3-4 minutes. Stir and push mushrooms to one side of the pan.
Keeping the heat at medium high, add freshly rinsed spinach to pan and stir until just wilted. Mix in mushrooms and serve.
