  • 2 Cups Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Basil leaves Chopped
  • 1 Oz Mozzarella cheese Cut in bite size pieces

  • In a serving bowl combine tomatoes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and mozzarella cheese and mix lightly.
