- 1 Chicken breast Cut in bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Chile Lime Powder Trader Joe's
- 1/2 tsp Jone's Mixed-Up Garlic Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 14 oz can Tomatoes
- 4 Cups Chicken broth, low sodium Prefer Manischewitz Low Sodium chicken Broth
- 10 Tortilla chips
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Add chicken to a Slow Cooker. Sprinkle with Chile Lime Powder, garlic seasoning, cumin, onion powder and smoked paprika.
Add in tomatoes and chicken broth.
Heat on high setting for 4-5 hours.
Ladle in serving bowls and top each with broken tortilla chips, avocados an a sprinkle of cheese.
