Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast Cut in bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Chile Lime Powder Trader Joe's
  • 1/2 tsp Jone's Mixed-Up Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 14 oz can Tomatoes
  • 4 Cups Chicken broth, low sodium Prefer Manischewitz Low Sodium chicken Broth
  • 10 Tortilla chips
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add chicken to a Slow Cooker.  Sprinkle with Chile Lime Powder, garlic seasoning, cumin, onion powder and smoked paprika.
  • Add in tomatoes and chicken broth.
  • Heat on high setting for 4-5 hours.
  • Ladle in serving bowls and top each with broken tortilla chips, avocados an a sprinkle of cheese.
