- 1/2 Head Iceberg lettuce
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup Cooked chicken breast Shredded
- 1/2 8 oz Mozzarella ball
- 2 Tbsp Trader Giotto's Glaze
Cut the iceberg lettuce half in half again to make 2 wedges. Add each to a serving bowl.
Add 6 cherry tomatoes to each bowl.
Cut Mozzarella half into 1/4 slices. Then cut slices into bite sized strips. Divide the cheese strips between the 2 bowls.
Add a Tbsp drizzle of the Glaze to each bowl and serve.
