Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Clarified Butter Ghee
  • 5 Oz Baby Spinach Thoroughly rinsed
  • 12 Mushrooms Sliced

Instructions

  • Add butter to fry pan over medium high heat.  When hot add sliced mushroom cut side down and allow to cook undisturbed until well browned,  3-4 minutes.   Stir and push mushrooms to one side of the pan.
  • Keeping the heat at medium high, add freshly rinsed spinach to pan and stir until just wilted.  Mix in mushrooms and serve.
